We make every effort to dispatch all orders within 4 business days after the day they are received. Products are shipped from our warehouse in Australia; depending on your location, your order will generally take between 4-5 business days to arrive after shipment. We are seeing occasional further delays in shipping due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Do your prices include taxes and duties?
Unless otherwise stated, our prices are exclusive of customs duties and other fees and charges of this nature. These charges (if applicable) will be payable upon collection. If you would like more information, we recommend you contact NZ Customs.
How can I track my order?
When your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you haven’t received your email, please check your junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request another copy.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery on all orders over $100 is free of charge within NZ. We charge a flat rate of $12 on any orders less than $100.
